AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SG CONSEILS INC.
The services and information available on this site, which is a product of SG Conseils Inc. (“SGC”), are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. SGC may change these conditions at any time. You will be notified of such changes, and you will have to agree to the new conditions online. Unless expressly provided otherwise, any new feature introduced to enhance or modify the services or features of the site and software will be subject to these terms of use.

1. TRANSACTION SECURITY
To preserve the confidentiality of your personal information, especially those your credit card information, the transaction occurring during the software registration process is entirely managed by PayPal’s technology. The software owner, SGC, retains no payment information.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
The services available on the website are offered by subscription. By subscribing, you hereby agree to pay subscription fees and applicable taxes will be in effect at the time of billing. SGC reserves the right to change the content, form and price of the product and services bur SGC will give you a 30-day notice.

3. TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION
SGC can temporarily interrupt access to the website at any time to conduct program or equipment upgrades and maintenance. Service interruptions will not be compensated in any way.

4. TERMINATION
You cannot unsubscribe to the product for the duration selected. Only a transfer to another work station will be accepted. Subscription fees paid in advance and the balance in your electronic purse will not be refunded.

5. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
This site may contain links to websites operated by parties other than SGC. SGC has no control over these websites and therefore takes no responsibility for their content. The addition of hyperlinks to other websites does not imply any endorsement from SGC of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for personal injury caused by negligence on SGC’s part or damage caused by SGC’s negligence or willful misconduct, SGC can in no way be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from use of this website or product, from the presence or absence of data, or from the delivery, compilation or interpretation of any data obtained via the website or software, or from formula/algorithm inaccuracies that may be found in the software. This limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation compensatory damages, direct or indirect damages, loss of revenue, profits, or customers, loss of data or any other intangible losses, even if SGC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. ACTION
You are solely responsible for damages resulting from the use of information provided by this website and software. You must take up the defence of SGC in any claim directly or indirectly arising from use of this website and software, and hold SGC harmless from any claim of any nature whatsoever and any final judgement entered against SGC and pay any settlement reached, in principal, fees and other related accessories.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clients remain the sole owners of the data they make available through this financial forecasting website and software. You acknowledge that SGC grants you a limited license to use the data as has been provided herein.

9. ASSIGNMENT
The client may not assign or transfer the contract to a third party without the prior written permission of SGC.

10. WITHDRAWAL OF ACCESS
When it appears that a client does not meet the requirements of this agreement, SGC reserves the right to withdraw that client’s access permission without notice or warning. In this case, the client’s access will be suspended first, then a notice will be given and the client will have to provide an explanation within the time limit specified in the notice. Failure to comply will lead to the client’s account being closed without any refund whatsoever.
